Novawest’s primary role is that of a developer. With more than 15 years of residential and mixed-use development experience, Novawest’s principals bring an evolved sensibility to the built environment. Novawest works to fulfill community plans with appropriately scaled infill opportunities that contribute to the overall community. Matching private investment capital with public sector efforts, whether financial, political or infrastructural, is a key strategy in Novawest’s development approach.
Investment Management
Having successfully delivered market-rate product and above-average, risk-adjusted yields in a variety of communities in the American West, Novawest finds itself in the position of offering special services to real estate investors, private equity fund managers and the like, who are seeking opportunities in these communities. Novawest will advise investors of “off-market” opportunities made available through the relationships and local knowledge developed by the Principals over the past several years of working and networking in key locations like the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado, the central business district of Phoenix, Arizona and the greater Puget Sound in Washington. In addition, Novawest provides investment management services.

Novawest’s sales and marketing efforts reside in-house and with our wholly-owned subsidiary, Novawest Properties, LLC. This entity holds both company and individual real estate brokerage licenses in Colorado, Washington and soon, in Arizona. This licensure gives Novawest the ability to market, sell and manage properties in those states for the benefit of Novawest and its investors.
